On another note, I downloaded the Goddamn Raws, but Ep1 is in DivX and Ep2 in WMV3.
Trying to play the WMV3 isn't really the best for my PC. It freezes the video feed while the audio is functional, and sometimes it crashes.
Does anyone have the DivX version?
The funny thing is that anidb lists the file I have as the one with the DivX codec...
-----------
On another note I got my hands on the Furusato Japan by MEGI (sorry for irrelevance)...
The subtitles are no good (not in terms of translation, but typesetting). They look worse than cmd typeset.
Also I don't understand the quality/resolution difference.
The RAW is 720x576 and 890MB, and MEGI release 716x478 and 1,36GB.
EDIT: I saw the difference... MEGI: ~4,2Kbps / RAW: ~1,569Kbps.

Well, where's in that case real DivX version? ???

They look worse than cmd typeset.
It's ok for dvd subs, it's not a fansub after all.

I don't know. I am sure that this one is WMV3 (adump and KMplayer agree).
The other one file (listed as WMV3/9 in anidb) seems to be nowhere in the net...

OK. Retype or leave-alone?

Sen'ya Ichiya Monogatari - DVD - nyaa
It's 18+, you know. :P
Also it must be of historical value...
But Animerama Archival Society has announced that will be subbing all 3 of them...
As we see from the comments on their anidb entry, the subs are a plausible translation of what might be said in the movie.
Although the spirit alone...

Nayuta is seeded on nyaa.

That being said, http://anidb.net/a4435 and http://anidb.net/a4579 have a decent, respectively nice DVD source available on adc, if any group ponders a (serious, no machineTL or secondary language) fansub, I'd be more than willing to provide the rip.

Can't seem to find Majuu Sensen: The Apocalypse from RiP-Reb anywhere. Is there any particular reason it is not on the tracker?
There's many:
1)He grew up & not interested in such childish games anymore.
2)He withdrawn from business & not distribute anymore.
3)He's proponent of limited distribution & don't want to feed ungrateful voracious leechers. ;D
etc...

Old Reb-Reb here ^_^

I've spread these files over several networks throughout the years already (DC/eD/BT/NAP/Share/PD/Winny), not sure why it keeps falling short >.<

If someone pokes on me rizon during the weekends (rarely at home so best bet to catch me around then) I can set up some access to me old ftp to get these files out to someone who can up them on baka, or even better: rework the horrible subs with some proper raws as this was released for the sake of just being released, hence the quality is nothing but horrid (unfiltered and shrunk to save up space/time)

Don't want to make some listings of your stuff, at least for non-subbed OVA & Movies? I definitely know that you have Hoshikuzu Paradise & Pelican Road Club Culture but suppose it's just a drop in the ocean. We're very interested, y'know.

IRRELEVANT: To anyone reencoding here, what is the best format (VID/AUD), to transform all those old files (one that can take integrated subs), and doesn't use a lot of space unnecessarily?
I am thinking (MPEG4 AVC/AAC), but I am a newbie: )
