Often, I find myself at home or at the grocery trying to think of something different or new to eat, tired of the same old stuff and so I decided to make this thread. It is intended to be functional, at least for me, not specifically to be a new spam/sister thread to the "what are you drinking thread." However, I guess it is
basically the same thing.
What I would like to see are actual food items. Like breakfast, lunch, dinner or whatever, not really what the last type of chewing gum you had. Main courses, appetizers, or full meals. As I said up top, I want this thread to help me in getting ideas to add more diversity to my pantry / refrigerator because lately I have been noticing that I have been eating a lot of the same things or using the same ingredients in many of my meals.
I welcome unique items or personal recipes and such, since the whole idea here is to get ideas for new stuff to eat.
Also, feel free to say a few words about the item or add a recipe if its a personal recipe or something.
So, I guess I will start.
I just had a few deviled eggs that I made earlier. Traditional recipe with a bit finely diced celery mixed in and then paprika and a bit of chili powder on top.

PS- I chose to make it a "last thing you ate" thread rather then a "favorite food" thread in order to keep the ideas coming so some people might post multiple times. The more ideas the better!
