The Digital GOG version is up for preorder, I think the Collector's is up for preorder in retailers, ie Amazon.

Well, here's to hoping that after all the fake E3 footage Dark Souls 2 and Watch Dogs pulled, we're gonna get a REAL game on February.

I'll wait for a good offer on a Steam key, I want those achievements. :)

Well, I hope that won't be the case. But this the first time that CDPR are developing for three platforms, last time it was only one platform with another one almost a year later. And the graphics in the trailer did look underwhelming in a few places. Never mind, just the stream making them look like that.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - The Sword Of Destiny Trailer

Stills.

Is that Yennifer? And Geralt is hunting her in behalf of the king? What king? Exited to see all those Witchers come into play. Oh hello, Letho. :)

Also, that horse riding while slashing that guy? Oh shit that looked good.

EDIT: Uhhhh: http://store.steampowered.com/app/292030

Steam got a pretty good deal as well.

They can postpone it as much as needed. I am tired of unfinished games being released in alpha state and then patched for a year to a playable state.

Ye agree. I'm really looking forward to this game a lot, if it takes more time to get it as perfect as possible then so be it.

It's not fun being left out of the hype when a crazy good games gets released. (Bloodborne) I'm really looking forward to experience Witcher 3 with everyone else. And Batman: Arkham Knight when that hits.

I really hope it delivers. Last time I played Witcher 2 with 20 fps on 640x480, that's how much I wanted to play it. I definitely remember TW2 having issues post-launch, but hopefully the delay got most of the bugs eliminated.

I'm also excited about the story since we've almost seen nothing. Only some gameplay videos of Geralt hunting monsters.

Oh, and Ciri or Geralt? ;D

Installing Witcher 2 again. Let's see if I can't complete it with Roche's path and get through Scholar of the First Sin too before Witcher 3 hits. :)

Played it late at night til early morning. Kind of sucks that release hour landed on midnight. I will probably start over to get the full experience while not being half asleep.

Does anyone know what the default world state choices are if you don't simulate or import? I'm just curious what their "canon" is for Geralt.

My saves for Witcher 2 are confusing as hell... The save I think is correct is 2015/2/24 23:01 but the closest I have to that reads as Tuesday, February 24, 2015 11:01:28 AM which should be 11, not 23.

I'm just going to simulate but I hope I don't miss out on other smaller things that I did by not importing... Here's the choices by the way: http://www.gamespot.com/articles/what-the-choices-of-the-witcher-2-mean-in-the-witc/1100-6427400/

Hm... no, forget that. I went through my saves checking in Witcher 2 then moving the files to a backup folder. The correct one in Witcher 3 reads as Wednesday, February 25, 2015 04:01:03 AM which makes no sense whatsoever.

Jeez, this has been stressful. I had to load up an earlier save to read my quest journal to see if I let Sile live or not because I know I killed her a few times but I wanted the one that let her live. I think I found my proper save... time to actually get started with Witcher 3 I guess!

edit: Anyone know how to zoom out?

So far I've been having fun in this game, my GFX is literally on the verge of not being accepted by new games, I guess an upgrade is in order.

I found one thing in this game so far that had been bothering me, but I also find it amusing.
Geralt dies falling like a log.

This is highly amusing to me, I first died fighting several wolves and I was like, "oooh they gonna tear me apart"

So disappointed. It's a single player game ffs, do some amusing death scenes !

Am I the only one thinking Tomb Raider had the absolute best death scenes ?
