A LOT of 'DUB' anime include the original (Japanese) voice acting with subtitles.

It just requires some reading on your part.

Very few non-children's anime ever get released dub-only in North America. After all, companies have to translate the Japanese scripts to make the dubs in the first place, and adding subtitles to the Japanese audio track is a trivial cost compared to creating an English dub. Companies aren't about to leave the Japanese track out for the heck of it -- "Let's lose money by pissing off the hardcore/purist fans!", said nobody ever.

Got any old fansubs on HDD/DVD/CD? Please take a look at this thread.
