Not sure where it is from, but it looks more like a colored cover or image from a manga than from an anime.

She has done several manga, mainly josei, you can look her up at Manga-Updates, I think two or three titles are scanlated. Keep in mind that the manga art is a bit inferior to the art of the covers and of the art book.

Her artbook is called "Toumei na Iro shita Shoujo no Tameni" if you google that several online stores will have it, assuming that by "getting" you mean buying, otherwise I don't know, try some of those scan uploading sites.
Her stories are kind of dark-ish and twisted, somewhat melancholic, they are josei (aimed at older female audience) so don't expect any action, the stories are text driven. If that's your things then you might want to try "Omae ga Sekai wo Kowashitai nara" also known as "Vampire Girl" (I prefer Storm in Heaven scanlation of this one over the Vampire Knights one) and "Fetish", a compilation of short horror stories.
