Title: Looking for a good psycho-thriller type of anime

I have watched the following and really enjoyed them:

Paranoia Agent
Higurashi
Death Note
Perfect Blue

I'm interested in more "screw with your head" animes.

Just as a quick note, I didn't care for Serial Experiments Lain, so no need to recommend that one.  Any suggestions would be most appreciated!! Thanks!  :)

Texhnolyze.  Although it screwing with your head is secondary to it shredding your intestines.  It's an interesting, yet painful experience.

Well, Code Geass R2 goes pretty much trainwreck fom episode 12 onwards. Really screws you up.

It didn't go trainwreck at all,if you ask me.

Add Neon Genesis Evangelion (it definitely started to mess with my head the first few times I watched it).

Finished off Ergo Proxy, and LOVED IT!

Definitely recommend that one to anyone that likes psycho thrillers or sci-fi anime.  Giving Requiem from the Darkness a try now!  Thanks again everyone for all of the great suggestions!

You might want to give Betterman a try, it has that thriller vibe.  Oh, yeah Code Geass was brilliant, sociopathic, violent, and all around good fun!
