Title: Another pic identify please

Been looking for this image and who's it of for a couple weeks now and I'm about to pull my hair out. Apparently the name of the image is 嫁 which means bride or daughter-in-law, so that's not helping at all. Been trying to figure out if she's a fanart from an anime/game or just a random image.

Don't know who she is, but did find out it's wallpaper for an iphone.
