You may have to settle with The Tales of.... at least the designs come close.

Damn, one of my favorite artists, and I'm not here to identify this! Such a shame.
Anyway, it sorta-kinda is from a series - Pixiv Fantasia, a kind of collaborative world-building project on Pixiv. So yeah, while you won't find anime or even a game(unless someone published a doujin game set in of the Pixiv Fantasia worlds), you can find a big amount of art sharing the same characters on Pixiv or Danbooru if you're interested. Just remember the cast is huge, as anybody can add to it and it spans whole worlds, not to mention that so far there were 4 editions of Pixiv Fantasia. You can google Pixiv Fantasia for some more info if you're interested.

Good artist with a knack for conveying epic scenes in relatively simple illustrations.
