Title: female magician with a twist.

First of all, i requested this before but there seemed to be a misunderstanding in what i exactly wanted so i try to be more specifik this time.
Ok, i am looking for a show that is based around a female magician.
But here is the twist.
No, no the magical girl type and also no sorcery.
I am talking about sleight of hand/stage/parlor magic, the ones you can also see irl.
I found one show called Magical Emi but unfortuantly no english subs passed the 10th episode.
I know it still was a magical girl but the magic was more enternaintment style then lets say throwing fireballs ala slayers.
the magic may be real but the way it gets presented should be like in magical emi.
So yea, dont hesitate to ask if you want more explenation and i hope i find atleast some decent shows here.

Only one I can think of is Kaleido Star (http://anidb.net/a635). That is only a partial match. :/

FLCL Silly comedy.
Haruhi Girl who's as powerful as a god and doesn't know it.
Mahou Shoujotai Also known as Tweeny witches: Is magical, but not the defeat her enemies type.
Noein Dimensional technology.
Sora no Otoshimono (Comedy at first) Looks like magic, but is more like technology so advanced that it seems like magic.
Kemeko DX Comedy.
Mahoromatic Comedy.

Avoided mentioning series which are primarily fighting.

Saint tail is almost what i wanted.
its good exept she uses her power again to stop "evil" rather then just entertain.

IIRC, protagonist in Midori works as a magician assistant.

No, not Midori no Hibi. Midori, AKA Shoujo Tsubaki.
Mind though, it's a horror movie, NOT a happy girl story.

Hmm after looking up the description of Magical Emi your requests verges on the Kaito route (Magical Thief)

Ultra Maniac -  While some directly come from a magical kindgom it's still fun to watch them screw up non the less.
