To screenshot:

1. Upload your image to an image hosting site; Imageshack (http://imageshack.us/) is recommended.
2. Click random forum threads till you find one with a screenshot.
3. Click quote on the post with a screenshot.
4. Copy and paste the code he used for his screenshot and replace the URL with the URL given to you by the hosting site.
(Note: don't you dare post your private key again in your screenshot)

As for your problem, this is new. Sounds like your connection to the tracker is being cut somewhere in the middle. I'd tell you to run a traceroute but I'm not quite sure how to do that. I just know it involves the command terminal and the tracert command - Google it.

As a solution, you could try a proxy or another client. uTorrent is recommended here - most users use it so you can get a lot more feedback.

Do you use PeerBlock/PeerGuardian?
Are you able to access the main page of the site? (i.e. where you can download torrents)
Can you successfully "ping google.com"?
If so, try pinging tracker.bakabt.com:2710.

Is there anything special about your connection that you haven't mentioned?
And do you have anything against trying uTorrent?

Perfect. PeerBlock (and I think PeerGuardian too) has BBT's tracker on its blacklist for some reason. You don't have to disable it, but be sure to remove BBT from the blacklist.

It's on the Paranoia list, iirc.
