Does the composer look familiar? It should.
There is a "pure" piano ver if you want...

SERIOUSLY, find and DL the whole OST. If I remember correctly, most of it was piano music.
Also watch the movie. It's a great comedy and slice of life.

This torrent (http://bakabt.me/145464-key-lossless-music-pack-air-kanon-clannad.html) has some nice piano instrumentals from the various Key/Visual Arts soundtracks (Air, Kanon, and Clannad). Well worth a listen, especially if you liked any of the series.
They're mainly in these albums: "Kanon AIR Piano Arrange Album ~Re-feel~", "Toki o Kizamu Uta / Torch Piano Arrange Disc", and "Piano Arrange -Piano no Mori-". There's also a really good version of Kanon's OP (Last Regrets) performed on piano, with vocals by Lia, on the "Kanon Best Arrange Album -Recollections-" album which I highly recommend (Youtube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hn57970_ivM)).

You could try an artist named Yiruma.
Here is his most famous song (as indicated by youtube hits) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F-4wUfZD6oc
Also, see if the song called Lake Louise by Yuhki Kuramoto fits your taste. I find this music to be most relaxing of all the music I have in my library.

gonna check them out and see how they are

After Hearing all this beautiful songs, I've suddenly felt an urge to try having piano lessons... ::)

+1 for Key and Yiruma.
Also try the Aria Piano Collections. They're uploaded in a batch with the soundtracks.
