Title: Seeding Question

Okay so I see these people on the Top 10 list for upload, and they have hundreds of TB of upload.
Checked out the guy in 2nd place, currently has 1000 Active torrents, this makes me think.

I've read the FAQ (http://wiki.bakabt.me/index.php/FAQ) and it says seeding from multiple computers or IPs may result in an autoban by the tracker.

Could someone explain this to me, how do these people get such high upload, or have so many torrents at the same time.

Also if I two computers in the same house, same network, same external IP am I allowed to seed from both at the same time? (i'm worried about even opening uTorrent on both at the same time because I currently have torrents seeding with BakaBT)

You can seed different torrents from different computers, if you have access to several with different network connections. Makes no sense seeding from different PC out through the same bottleneck, i.e. IP connection, unless your PC is so bad that you can't UL to the BW limit.

"The big guys" simply have great network connections, and perhaps a couple of seed boxes with different sets of torrents at different places.

Not as long as you don't seed the same BakaBT torrent from two different connections at the same time.

It caps at 1,000...his list of active torrents only goes up to the letter "G", i'd guess he has more like 3,000 active  :P

Also if I may ask this here, the average speeds on your profile in parentheses ex: Uploaded   5.62 GB - (3.23 KB/s)
, are they per torrent?

That's the average speed combined since your account was made, 24hours a day...seeding or not.
