Description: The story revolves around "Minimum" or "minor miracle"— special hereditary powers discovered only in an extremely limited number of humans. Those who possess such powers are known as "Minimum Holders."

Partners Nice (Ryota Ohsaka) and Murasaki (Wataru Hatano) form a detective agency called "Hamatora" in Yokohama in 2014 — but their "office" is a table at Cafe Nowhere where they and their friends wait for clients. An old acquaintance of theirs, a cop named Art (Hiroshi Kamiya), hires them for a serial murder case he is investigating, and they discover that the murder victims are all "Minimum Holders." As Minimum Holders themselves, Nice and Murasaki are drawn into this case, whether they like it or not.

Pretty sure a lot of people (including me) misread that title at first as well.

When I first read about it, I was like "Don't we already have a Hamtaro anime?"

Going to watch this, but more because it's set in Yokohama than because I'm interested in the concept itself. Seeing an anime set in the place you live sounds quite fun.

Ah hell. I thought someone misspelled Hamtaro! So I didn't even bother looking at it before. But not thinking Tatsujin would be all gooshy for hamsters, I really don't think he goes ape for small furry rodents. I thought to look. Worth a look at any rate.

Just delete the middle 'a' and switch the 'o' with the last 'a'. :laugh:

First episode was pretty damn awesome. Looks like a much better GetBackers.

I also had to do a double-take with the name of this series.

This was pretty good. I only started watching it because it's set in Yokohama, where I live, but while it was fun seeing places I know IRL in an anime (I know a couple of people studying at the women's university where all those kidnapped students were from), this was actually pretty entertaining in its own right. I'm looking forward to the next episode.

The powers in the show were pretty cool, but a bad series otherwise. Will I watch season two though? Hell yes.

Watched the series again and were amazed by it soo much. I hope for any group out there to pick up the BD because there are censorship at present for the extreme violence.
