Title: how do I seed from missing files?

I've lost the torrents and cannot locate the files so I cannot seed. I don't wish to see my account go into bad standing or become a deleted user. How can I reinstate these and seed the files I've downloaded?

It's a bit too late, taking into account you are well past the warning threshold.
