As much as I love the Ghibli soundtracks, I don't enjoy the bajillion covers of them. I would like to propose that the meganormous Ghibli Music Collection torrent be separated out into original soundtracks + official rereleases (like song collections) in one torrent, and things like Chopin de Ghibli and Ukelele Ghibli and Sumi Shimamoto sings Ghibli in another.
And YES, I know I could just deselect the items I don't want and so on, but that doesn't seem as clean as separating the two.
Any takers?

Probably wont happen. Mainly it you be a pain in the ass.
You might ask the uploader to reorganise the accordingly.

First of all, we're not splitting the offers. If anything, we might want to combine all the Ghibli + Joe Hisaishi stuff.
Secondly, we probably need it reorganized at some point. The description is fine but can be better, and there are some lossy tracks in the lossless torrent.

Thinking on it, why are they all in the same torrent to begin with? It would make sense if they were all Miyazaki+Hisaishi works, but there've been different directors and composers on various Ghibli works. We don't have all, say, Madhouse film OSTs in one torrent or even all Mamoru Oshii+Kawai Kenji stuff in one torrent. So, why Ghibli?

We're still discussing this within staff, but we were all for megacollection music torrents. Key Animation's music collection was once a big collection but we've split it up. We might split it up when we get a final and definitive answer on what we need to do.
Ghibli is just special I guess, and it was Chiyachan's offer, so there's probably a reason why they did it like that that time.
