I can see why it is nice for gaming, but personally I just hate having bezels between them. I would like to try one of those 21:9 TVs for gaming.

You dont really see them. You are paying attention on the center screen most of the time.

they are especially good for flight sim gamed, they are unplayable without side view mirror screens

Psyren, have you experimented with fluorescent type bulbs in that lamp instead of incandescent? They have a more even distribution pattern of light and their reflected light from a wall or ceiling is better than that of the more reddish incandescent lamps.
