22 inch mons are cheap. Like... 200 CAD each at costco for acer ones. I use it as my second screen connected to my laptop.

I wouldn't have the patience to do something like that... I'd just grab a 802.11n wireless router and be happy, even if there's a slight speed penalty for it...

My router and cable modem is in the basement and Im on the 2nd floor. I ran cat5e to every room in the house. I only have wireless for my laptop
