Im guessing same guy? Though now it's a different IP and client, though stats are very similar.....

There just people downloading from a server, so multiple people have downloaded from the same IP
...like, a Seedbox downloading via a guest account.

All anonymous peers bandwidth are combined into one IP address, probably the last one to connect :-\
