IIRC, China wasn't even in the chart last year. Is due to a sudden improvement of channel bandwidths in China? Or just due to a higher-than-normal proportion of ratio hackers among Chinese users :)?

He has uploaded 1921.65 GB (ratio 7189.5x) on that torrent but it has been completed only 150 times.

He has supposedly uploaded 15.63 TB (ratio 633.9x) on that torrent but it has only been completed 573 times.
Additionally that torrent is quite new (it has been added to tracker July 6th 2010) and there are about 20 seeders that have uploaded over 100 GB each (plus over 100 other seeders), so stats on this user seem to be impossible even if he is from Sweden.
