Well, that's extremely exploitable... It's been a week and it's still not fixed?
I can't verify what it exactly is but I had that issue too when I swapped my xxxHOLiC Rou torrent and started seeding again. Maybe Jarudin can say more about it since it could be tracker related.
This would support allouh's post, since when you create a torrent, that's the default tracker you have to input. Most people redownload the torrent after it's swapped to get one with their pass in it, but in uTorrent you can change the trackers, even on 'private' torrents. I just copy/paste my tracker pass into the torrent so I don't have to hash check again.
This glitch defeats the purpose of the temporary pass, which is to bring people to the site to get a new pass (and maybe sign up) when they get an expired pass from another torrent site.

no wonder it doesn't show up- ".html" isn't a valid page address. you can't have a file extension without a name for the file...
