I have seen quite a few public leechers recently who apparently downloaded TBs of many animes (very less upload though). Like i said, perhaps they used their stat-hacking programs wrongly and boosted their downloaded amount instead. LOL at them. ;)

all the public leechers/seeders are only seen as a single ip, most likely to take less space. So after a while all the dl from the public leechers do stack up to a decent amount :p

As Penthero said. That is the cumulative total of public leechers. That just takes the IP of the latest one that has connected and displays it as the name of all of them together. In other words 406GB is the combined amount of downloaded data by public leechers of that torrent.
