The characteristics for this are a little suspicious;

Of course only half of the stats are visible, so don't know if this pattern is same for the other half.

It could be legitimate, say he preferred to download publicly, but wanted to be notified of swaps etc in the future, he could switch to his own key temporarily to get the system register the torrent in question, and once tracker updated switch back to the public key. Though the sheer number of the torrents would require some major micromanagement...

It could also be that his drive(s) got corrupted, and he used BakaBT to repair the files, but the pattern seems same for recent BakaBT-only uploads as well...

Doesnt actually matter. For example I have some torrents initially DLd from off site and when I tried to seed here I was missing some v2s and had to DL those files. So I only DLd a fraction of the file size. Or some series that I started to DL as it aired but then put on hold and finished later by getting it here. In either case, I already had a portion of the data on my computer so I didnt need to DL an entire torrent.
Its also attainable by starting a DL on public key and swapping to private midway thru.

Basically, IMO there is nothing to really support a ratio cheater insofar as actually breaking any rules.

Look under Inactive and look for the one with 4,773GB uploaded in just two months and look how much the next highest person has (112GB)....I think this is a clearcut case of ratio hacking.

So I was reading the staff blog, got mesmerized, and found the motivation/moral fortitude to report something I've been noticing for a while:

Specifically, the fact that he has 0kb downloaded on these two torrents: http://bakabt.me/154064-minami-ke-music-collection-flac.html and http://bakabt.me/145751-minami-ke-music-collection.html (As well as a bunch more).
The fact of the matter is, I uploaded both of these, and many of the files are unique to this site, since I made them personally (encoding, tagging etc.), and I haven't seen them anywhere else. He couldn't have got them from anywhere else.
It was most obvious the last time I swapped the first of the two. I added in a set of files that I personally encoded. Yet within half a day there he was, 100% complete. I refuse to believe the set of files made it through the internet over to him *that* quickly.

I've been reluctant to report this because I always thought I might be missing something obvious and end up wrongly accusing the guy, but...might as well take a shot at it, I guess.

This guy I am not really sure about. I remember I used to be 2nd on the top ratio by quite a bit but this guy seems to have popped out of nowhere (although maybe I just missed him?):

Anyone notice him rising up at an usual rate? It seems to me like he must have added several hundred to his ratio in a pretty short period of time. I guess with his download amount its not very hard to do and would only take me a couple days but I am a little bit suspicious of him.
