Found a ratio hacker/cheater? Report it here

This guy has gained a bit of notoriety on the help forums recently. Of note is a recent request to have his warning checked early because he doesn't want to wait another five days. Which means he managed to fix his warning within two days of being warned.
All his stats are collectively kinda suspicious - every non-freeleech torrent he has has a ratio of 1, give or take 0.1 or so, except for one or two. Perhaps this is how PFCorner works? That didn't seem to be my impression though. And to fix a ratio up to nearly 1.0 in just two days after being warned... There's no way PFCorner wasn't involved if he didn't stat-hack.

hmm.. i noticed a lot of people with exactly double or triple the download size on one torrent... maybe i should be noting those down in future.
also, what's up with the speeds those people are uploading at!? in less than 15 hours uploading 133.82, 135.97GB!! (i'm guessing one of these guys is the one that uploaded the torrent) and also these other guys... I'm jelly.
EDIT: just found some really sus guy then. Level E again... in 1 hour he uploaded that much? sure sure.

I have a dedi server 100/100 connection... On new torrents I normally hit around 10MB/s on torrents...
No cheating just a nice little server.

That equates to about 3MB/s over 79 minutes, which isn't entirely impossible when there's 95 leechers. Also, why would a person who's been on this site for over 6 years stathack?

He was referring to merlock that had downloaded the torrent twice.
