Found a ratio hacker/cheater? Report it here

First an obvious cheater DrDeoxys who uploaded 2047.03 GB (ratio of 7184.7x) on this Captain Tsubasa : Road to 2002 . OST Collection and it has been completed less than 300 times.

Then 2 suspicious users.
mertonur has been member less than 4 months and has supposedly uploaded 2410.83 GB (ratio 184.1x) on this old and well seeded Hikaru no Go [DivX/XviD] [E-F & R-F] torrent. His upload on other torrents has not been so good.

yimichael24 has been member only 11 days and has supposedly uploaded 3147.16 GB (ratio of 634.4x) on Princess Lover! [720p, BluRay] [polished] that is well seeded and currently the best seeder on that torrent has been seeding it about 84 days and only uploaded 388 GB.
yimichael24 has also downloaded it twice so he could be using seedbox or could be multi accounting, but when you look his other stats those two options are not plausible.

Given the visible stats and length of membership for this member ... could be an honest mistake or other reasonable problem, but staff/admin might want to check it out & have a chat with them about it.

I've found some suspecious IPs downloading from me in uTorrent 2.2.1 but I'm not sure how to find their names. I did search and didn't find what I was looking for. I'm limiting my sharing for ZZ Gundam and several people are downloading from me much more then what I set my upload limit at, how the hell do they do this? Is it some kind of torrent hack or is it just my version of uTorrent? It's frustrating because I'm trying to seed other things I've downloaded that have a lower share ratio. This torrent was downloaded by a friend of mine and given to me, I'm only seeding it to give back to the community and help my ratio. Here are some of the IPs in question,

Can you ban somebody by IP address? Is there a way for me to ban them from downloading from me in uTorrent? I would still like to upload this torrent just limit my upload speeds. I set the bandwidth allocation to low, limit my upload rate to 10kb/s and these people are still downloading a lot more then what I set my limits at. I can even set my limits to 1kb/s and these cheaters still bypass my limits. Can somebody please help?

Upload through uTP has a separate capping option in uTorrent. Apparently, you forgot to check the appropriate checkbox.

IIRC, there should be a checkbox "Cap upload through uTP as well" somewhere in the preferences, maybe in "Connection" or "Bandwidth". Just check it.

Stats are hidden, so maybe staff wants to take a look. It seems like a pretty tough feat to upload that much that quick on a torrent with a listed ratio of 83/3.
Might be something I am missing, dunno, just looks fishy.

Actually, my observation was that he downloaded twice the available torrent value ... meaning, it seemed the key was being used on more than one machine simultaneously.  I also noticed the same member showing up on several other recent torrents with the exact same stats: almost precisely double-download on several torrents.  His upload wasn't crazy enough to warrant notice; ratio & total seed GB were within "reasonable" parameters.

I also stand by my original comments: this one may just be sloppy key management rather than evils ratio-hacking, etc.  The other stats (that are visible), overall ratio and length of membership don't strike me as the Usual Problem that turns up in this topic.  I figure it's not my business at this point; he's still active, so admin/staff I assume to have satisfied themselves.

This user has been cleared of suspicion. He explained the situation to us in support, and we have no reason to suspect he has been stathacking at all. Simply put, he has two computers in two different locations. He moves between both locations. Hence the reason for redownloading things.
