Yeah, I think we're getting a reasonable explanation for this. Might be that it was just an accident like Kakashi and Rin being engulfed in mist and then the enemy tricking Kakashi into doing Chidori on Rin. And then Obito somehow not getting the whole picture before he starts to grow his hate for Kakashi.

It's also possible she was under genjutsu and they made her make threatening moves towards Kakashi, and his reflexes took over or something. Although that would be stupid as well.

I suspect it's really one of these things. Kakashi didn't know Obito was alive so he can't have talked to him and told him why he did what he did. But Obito might hear it anyway somehow. But he still doesn't forgive Kakashi for doing what he did either way.

Damn, chapters lately are getting really good. Just starting to anticipate new chapters now.

Kakashi killed Rin... was she possessed or was he?

Its also a possibility that it isn't genjutsu or that Rin was a traitor. It could be an accident caused by the mists low visibility.

The Mist-nin wanted to capture Rin's body at all costs. Presumably they were indeed controlling her into attacking Kakashi, leaving him no choice but to take her out, though this would imply that she was powerful enough to pressure him into using Chidori.

Mist-nin say "Shit he got us" - "After we worked so hard to get it" and yet they still want Rin's body after she's daed. Strange this.

Can't be sure. As we know ninja's body contains many secrets so it mustn't be captured by the enemy. She might have just known something very important. Well no idea what anyway >.>

This chap was awesome... so much things revealed and confirmed.

So Madara really did awaken the Rinnegan and gave it to Nagato.
The Zetsus are all clones of Hashirama's cell... hence their ability to travel through the earth. The Black Zetsu got both Hashirama's and Madara's cells.

So, I'm guessing that the jutsu that Nagato used on himself after Yahiko's death was Madara's will... does that make any sense?

More questions...
Madara said that Obito has both Senju and Uchiha powers now and he's able to control the Mazou...
When Itachi used Naruto's body as his luggage to store Shisui's left eye, did it left something behind?...
wouldn't Naruto have a trait of Uchiha somewhere?...
and wouldn't he able to control the Mazou as well?

That was a technique. No actual cells were transplanted. The crow isn't an Uchiha.

To be honest, I'm not actually interesting neither in Obito's story nor in Sasuke's.
The thing that bugs me right now is how will Naruto fight against Madara and Tobi, plus what's going on with the Kages, and really, WHAT THE HELL DID HAPPEN WITH YAMATO?! They just forgot that guy =( I miss him...

Yamato is stuck in the Hashirama statue at Madara's/Obito's hideout, right?! But, I think the writer does show him in the background a few chapters ago... don't remember which.

I was really annoyed during reading this manga. But when Naruto showed up and said "I'm forth Hokage's son!" He brightened it =3

I'm happy that they're back to "now." But I wouldn't mind it if Obito further explained it to Kakashi when Obito is defeated or something. Seems like he deserves to know more about Obito's actions. I mean, he didn't explain it to him while we were reading the flashbacks, right?

Will be interesting to see if there's another arc coming or if this is supposed to be the final one. It kind of feels final and then not.

There's actually only one thing that's not clear.

How come that the resurrected Madara is young, while the one that saved Obito was an old man? I mean if Madara died as an old man he couldn't possibly be resurrected as a young man.

I don't remember there being an explanation in the manga, the only thing that I can come up with is how the dirt on the living sacrifice is modelled. If the dirt/earth is modelled after the young one the soul that is trapped in that dirt/earth golem will have that appearance.

That might make sense, but I'm inclined to believe that the old guy who saved Obito is not Madara, but Izuna. And in reality Madara died while fighting against Hashirama.

No, Kabuto clearly tells Madara that he has resurrected Madara in his prime. So Madara at prime is obviously a young 25-something year old dude.
Madara himself is shocked that Kabuto was able to do so much changes to his body. Kabuto must've done some of his mumbo-jumbo to turn that 100-year old Rinnegan wielding freak into a 25-year old warrior.

Madara later in the 600th chapter confronts Obito about this. He asks why the fuck have I been resurrected like this?! Why isn't it going according to plan? It's as though he is unhappy that he is in his prime. wtf!
