Same way he did when Kurama attacked Konaha. Teleportation jutsu. Not hard to figure out since it was Minato.

Yeah but his brand of teleportation involves sticking kunais on stuff. Not sure how that's possible with something that's entirely made of energy.

He uses seals on those kunais in order to due the transportation he does. That being said, he just makes the seal larger or has another teleportation seal. The same seal he used to teleport Kuramas blast away from Konoha when he attacked.
