He must not have read it because it in the manga. Also Who do think will kill Pain? I though Naruto would be the one but I think now it might be Neji.

Watch Pein's true body be like completely paralyzed from the neck down, and all he can do is mold chakra and speak. Using his Rinnegan, he infuses chakra into corpses in order to carry out his will. In doing this, he discovered that he could maximize each of the different bodies to specialize in one field of expertise and over time mastered this to the point we see in the manga now....

Haven't we seen the real Pein? Wasn't he the one with paper-girl? She left for something or another and now he's left ultimately alone. I could be wrong though.

I believe she was with God Realm pein following his use of the Shinra Tensei technique that devestated Konoha. Following that scene, the summoning pein summons all those pein bodies to the main area where Naruto is... or something like that (<3 too lazy to go back and check)
