I wouldn't be suprised if it goes something like this: Sasuke kills Danzo, Sasuke somehow manages to escape after 45chapter of battling Naruto, some plot twists will occur and Naruto get to become the 7th Hokage, but ofcourse chasing Sasuke/Akatsuki won't end in half a eternity.

You are forgetting - 7th Hokage Kakashi, 8th Hokage - Mighto Guy and only then Naruto.
