Same. Maybe a sharingan counter-measure/immunization? Itachi was saying that he gave naruto some of his powers, and he was also hoping that Naruto wouldn't need to use it in the future....

One thing that bugs me is that Naruto is supposed to have learned high level methods to defeat genjutsu. Itachi makes him look like a retard. Maybe Itachi gave him some help to properly defeat genjutsu?
Because I've always wondered this. Itachi has the ability to screw up minds, does he also have the ability to reprogram minds to make a user more powerful? (Erase phobias and other stuff like that)

Could be? Isn't it Sharingan's power? to manipulate the mind?
