Ah, so you want THORA to have separated the OPs/EDs from the episodes? I think they didn't do that because the OPs/EDs mixed up with the episodes (hope you understand what I mean).

In Fate/Stay Night they included separated OD and ED because in the blu-ray version it CAME with extras like that. They could have just included the extras anyways. I like anything with extras. Hehe. Either way, when I get back home I'm gonna look further in TT and QYQ's website.

Found couple, won't download as much for today. Once I get my new connection tomorrow, I'll start downloading them and I'll re-pack everything and put it up on TT. I should have 2.5-3.0 times more upload speed.

It's not that I don't like her, I just didn't care for her. She turns all emo in the middle of the show. And teenagers being emo is so overplayed anymore. I'm just getting kind of sick of it.

Sheryl is all dying and such, yet she mows on through like a champ. Ranka was like oh, woe is me. HARDEN THE FUCK UP RANKA.

I honestly liked her for the first .... like, first episode? Then after getting to know her character I didn't really get much interest in her, and as Relic explains ... she cries a lot. Ranka does have a great voice. I don't want anyone to get me wrong. She has a clear/pure voice for singing. Just for the record, her other negative thing is the freaking flopping dog-like-ears hair. ANNOYING to look at it.

Why I picked Sheryl? Does no one notice the vibration in her voice? To what I heard, it's one of the difficult stages as a singer to achieve. Listen to "What 'bout my star?". She's mature, tsundere (who the fuck doesn't like tsundere girls? Seriously!), hair is the only unique hair color I've seen comparing all anime series I've seen; shiny, reflective, colorful, long. Mature mind and a freaking mature body. Her song lyrics and her voice are awesome. And she's endured a lot more shit than Ranka, thus far (I'm deep into episode 17 right now). I'm a fan of Sheryl. It's another reason why I put a bit of extra effort in the ava/sig I made for newy (dual elements, dual colors to create pink/yellow/gold/red/etc, selective color, increased color depths for ava and sig and re-did some colors as well, the font was hands down one of the hardest to nail down in the banner and to make it readable, couple of other duplicate layers, and many other things).

We're not talking about voice actresses and singers. This is purely based on characters in the anime.

Ranka's hair is like that because of her heritage, just FYI^^ Zentradi can move their hair according to their emotional state.

I don't hate Ranka. Her appearance is just that of a little sister whereas Sheryl is much more appealing. Like Tatusjin said she's so much more mature in as well character as physically. And I like the songs made for Sheryl more than for Ranka

I so forgot to add that in my Sheryl list, even tho I did mention "Mature body" in my previous post. Sorry Ranka fans, Sheryl just pwns Ranka in every category you wanna think of, except the cry baby, little girl, cute sister, and dog-like hair.

I highly disagree with this statement. Just two different personalities for people who like different things. If you're looking for a character for the younger viewers it would have to be the blue haired girl in small form. I gotta say, it would freakin sweet to get with the giant form of that girl

. Her ability to turn small and big all the time so far hasn't served any more of a purpose than just to change her character type to suit the needs of the show, and why exactly does she become an almost completely different person just from a shrinking process?

You know, that gaint girl with blue hair is actually hot looking. In one of the episodes, her nipples are so freaking hard that you can see them on her clothes (They intentionally did that for fan service). I like her tho'. What was her name anyways?

I'm honestly going to collect all of Macross series and watch them all. Except "Do you remember love?" cu'z I've seen that already. There's couple of hints here and there that I don't understand. And what was Sheryl again? Is she not a human? What is she?'

Edit -- Why's this series getting too good? I can't let go of it. I love how they put the songs here and there. I'm so glad they have more than 4 or 5 songs. Ah ~~~~

I just looked it up, and her name is spelled in like 8 different ways lol. Japanese katakana for it is クアン　クラン　(Kuran Kuran) so in the sig I made for her, I went with Klan Klan (the Konachan accepted name and thora Translation). Despite Wiki saying it is Clan Clang.

How could you possibly complain about Ranka's moving hair? It's unbelievably cute when she's embarrassed and her hair moves around.

Saying Sheryl is for mature fans only is pretty ignorant too. I know of a couple long time, adult Macross fans who prefer Ranka simply because they have different tastes. They have two distinctly different personalities that appeal to different people. That's all there is to it.

As for the emo complaints, Sheryl had plenty of emo moments. She just forces herself to keep a bold appearance up whereas Ranka is more open with her feelings.

Anyway, I welcome you as my supporter Aneroph. That Tony Taka Ranka image is delicious.
