Not yet, but I hope they do make a second season. The first was fantastic and I loved the ending, but there was no romance between Horo and Lawrence, which is what I wanted more than anything ;/

Anyway, this series is based off of novels, not a manga. If they make a continuation, it's probably going to be one or two OVA episodes, though I can hardly guarantee it...

I am waiting for sudo's release of episode 12 . I like the interaction between Horo and Lawrence and the well written dialogs . A second season would be awesome .

I'd love to have a season two, though, I watched Spice and Wolf a few days ago and it was pretty nice, nothing spectacular, but definitely better than most crap out there.

I watched the BSS sub (SD version), taken from Box, and is it just me or is the aspect ratio wrong? can someone confirm/deny this?

I'm drewling for a second season of Spice and Wolf since this is one of the best out there. I can surely see some kind of romance between the main characters. However, the fact that Horo is a diety and Lawrence is just a normal guy makes it even harder for them to express their feelings for eachother.

I didn't like the ending. So, I doubt I'd bother with another one unless they end it a little more to my taste.

I thought it was going to be drama as well, or romance at the very least. But it turns out to be some shit about trades. Still, you can't deny that its pretty interesting! I liked how they've introduce something new for a cool looking guy and a cute female wolf.

Well yeah. I loved Horo. But, she's not going to make the anime any better with some good drama/romance.

Nope, a regular episode.

I take 6.5 as the missing fragment ... or something, kind of fills in the story and connects in-between the other episodes.

At least I don't remember any other anime similar enough.
And yes, all the trading stuff was quite interesting, but you have to pay attention or you'll get lost

Yeh, i got lost way too many times. I understood the outcomes of situations, just not the details of why they ended up getting like that in the frist place. Just watched the final episode and im pleased with what they did

That was the interesting part about it. Thank god it wasn't like the other anime shows I've seen, drama/romance crap ... I was expecting that, but honestly the way it was presented totally got me interested and for that, I like Spice & Wolf ! .... I need to watch the extra episode, ... haven't seen it yet! lol.
