I like Malus' new look too.

For someone who has a short attention span when it comes to learning new things, is using Photoshop or similar (for the first time) any better than spending 10000 hours in MS Paint? Well, that sounded stupid... I mean, let's imagine I have some artistic eye but don't know how to use the tools, would I learn anything before I grow tired and uninstall the damn thing? I guess what I'm trying to ask is how hard is it to learn the basics of image manipulation :P

In the end I'd rather not have any ava/sig at all than have something that looks like crap or was made by someone else.

so im not nearly as good as any of you at this sig thing. And I pull my hair out when im working in photoshop cs3, but here it is... any ideas on what it needs or needs ride of?
