I did that more for practice then anything else, I probably wont ever use that for a sig.

And now that you mention it, the edges are choppy  :-X
thats because you are choppy

jpg is lossy.
bmp is lossless.
png is lossy too, but better than jpg (I think).

I made this sig for another person on another forum.

I had a little help here and there, and it turned out better then I had originally thought.

EDIT.

I made an avy to match the sig.

JPG can be quite good at really high quality settings, but still is a lossy compression method.
PNG though, is lossless as long as you choose the same dimensions (resolution, color depth) as the source material.
Thus it's better than JPG but often a lot bigger, still it's a lot smaller than BMP but requires more processing power to display it. (which doesn't really matter anymore)

work in (slow) progress - stalled

I just made my first sig :D
This is just a rough draft I will probably make another one and a avatar to go with it.

Tell me what you think so I can keep it in mind (or ignore it) when I make the new one.

Edit:made the avatar
I like the avatar, not as much as I like my sig but im to lazy to work on it right now.

Needs a border.

Same goes to you, ghost, for your Intratec combo.

Cant change it since Intratec took it already, he likes them the way they are.  :D

Besides, with that forum, you dont really need a border on the avy and sig =/

Did the sig and avy I'm using right now, I have no idea what I'm gonna do with the backgrounds and nothing I try with them seems to look good. :-\

EDIT: I get a double post for not reading before posting =_=.  Would a mod just combine the 2 messages please.

I was just looking through a few of my old sigs that i made for myself.

Since i dont really feel like making a new one. Which of these should i use? (spoiler tags for space.)

(click to show/hide)

yeah i know theres alot, thats why i threw a spoiler tag up. I really cant decide. I wish i was smart enough to code in a sig rotater.
