^ first one looks amazing!!!! It would even look really good as BBT banner, but I do not know if it would accepted, as the acceptance there is really random now and then
I also do not think that it would look good as sign, as sigh it would lose details and would be coped here and there....

I'd like to announce a competition for the best freshly done sigs, since you guys are so bored

Simple rules:
Nothing sophisticated

participants are to do 3 signatures and corresponding avatars, the themes are:

1.Yumekui Merry
2.kore wa Zombie desuka?
3.Gosick
4.Puella Magi:Madoka Magica
5.Fairy Tail
6.Hourou Musoko
7.Level E
8.Infinite Stratos
9.Freezing

So you have 9 themes and 3 to choose from

some of those were already used earlier but as I said I'd like you guys to make something fresh.

You can use any of the available and currently introduced characters from the mentioned shows, no limits to your imagination, and no filesize limits, we will deal with those later

Oh, and one more thing

No Nudity !

I don't think it's the praise of the work, but fulfillment that he made a masterpiece. if i'm not mistaken the greatest artists of the renaissance never got to see their work appreciated.

How do people get dots like that. Photoshop's scatter effect doesn't spread them as much as that or as nice, do you just randomly click 1px dots? I like the way it's bordered, the outside glow.

as for the dots, I don't seem to have a problem with that on PS7 or CS5, you can set the scatter size.

Now this is a troll with effort. Took me half an hour to copy that. Sorry.

Ahhahahahahahaha nice one.

You'll need to use the brush engine to get that effect - for those dots, I used:

Brush - normal round brush, size 3px
Shape Dynamics - Size jitter 100%, rest default values
Scattering - Scatter 1000%, count 1, count jitter 100%

If you use a mouse - setting a 30% opacity jitter under Transfer isn't a bad idea

Then, you click in short bursts among the path you want those dots. Do not click and drag - that will give you too many dots.

Ah, so that's my problem. I usually click and drag over the area, which makes to many dots. Strange how I never thought to make short clicks...
