^ you have to at least name the character or theme you want to have in your ava/sign....
as far as I have noticed the best solution is to give images you would like to see in the set

Oh my gosh, I like so many characters.... I wonder if I can get multiple characters? Kirino, Kobato, and Birdy would be on the top of my list. It would be sweet if I could get all 3 in the sig, and.... crap, I don't know what to do with the ava....

Oh, and who is the best at making them?

well we do have a pool for this tread so one with the most votes should be the best at making things.... not all of new ones are up there, but eh...

Mostly request are filed by a person that is bored at the time. It is your choice to use it or not.

p.s. I would love to see a decent sign with Birdy...tried making one myself once, but it did not turn out nice....the again I did give up as soon as I started

I LOVED IT! You are good! How come you said it didn't turn out well? I thought it was awesome! It would be sweet if you could make them for me. I would do it myself, but I have VERY little experience in Digital Design (I'm mostly a code, info tech, web, etc type of person -- although I still am not very good in all those save info tech)

hmz why is it weird? I kind of like the sign...not sure about ava, but I am never sure about ava

there have been bunch of people from here I would just love to have beer with >_< but darn, most of the time people don't even live on the same continent as I do

Not hentai by any means. MAL says it's ecchi, aniDB doesn't seem to say that, although "panties" and "lolicon" probably implies it anyway. It's based off a manga. There's also a thread for it, although nothing much has been said.

So far ep1 was pretty tame, as far as I could tell. A few shots here and there, but nothing like, say, Shuffle! or Nogizaka (2). Definitely a perverted premise, though.
