wee, thanks. turns out it's she's from a tactics game for GBA.

And if you mean my "layer mask" sentence, what i mean is that I liiterally dont know how or when or for what to use them, I have no clue. And I guess that the secret behind those ultra sigs and avas is the combination of layers and layermasks.

layer masks eh? it's basically just "erase" except is more easily reversible.
while my latest sig doesn't really use a lot of layer masks it may give you an idea of how to use them.

The colors don't blend with the background and look pretty rough, try screen, color dodge etc and make sure to play with the opacity.

Seriously? Oh yeah you didn't know about miku right so....the one with blue hair, Hatsune Miku and red hair, Megurine Luka (both from vocaloid).  Yeah well hotness is low i guess, need to get some more.

I prefer yuri and ecchi.

I couldn't really blame him even if he did, though. Hatsune Miku usually is depicted with a much lighter hair color. A light blue-green, IIRC. I don't follow vocaloid sets very closely, though, so maybe she is commonly depicted as such.

For hotness, maybe if you zoomed in a little? They take up so little of the sig they just don't strike me as much or as instantly as the BG. If there's more to the source, it might also be interesting to see them rotated 90d. Or it might look about the same, too, couldn't say.

And that's a cool co-incidence. I had an test today to decide my internal grades (worth 20% of my total grades) but i skipped it just cuz i didn;t feel like it. (well i already had 80%of that 20% so i guess  that's ok, but had i attended could have got all 100% of that 20 % but oh well i am a bit lazy )
