i will say make it close enough that only their faces and a little of their hair can be seen, just like mine.
it puts the focus on their kiss without making your avatar a picture of kissing lips. still though, what havoc said.

Don't worry youselves about it, I'm doing it on my own now. I've pretty much got the whole "zoom, rotate and add border" style down, and if the pic is good it will turn out fine.

not that the posterize alternative is lossless, but it works for stuff with transparency like mine.

yes, to find trash pixels and anything that is wrong, to point it out and tell you you suck

also TiYlER, you don't need to use png when you don't have anything transparent in your ava/sig, unlike most of us, that doesn't mean your sig is bad with the white field, I think it looks good.

In the editing stage you need to zoom 300+ percent to just see a little difference. As long as 100-200% looks fine, its okay.

actually, file sizes on this forum on signatures tend to be either normal, or slightly over 100KB, which I was reporting some time ago and was told to just ignore it, with the few kb (around 103-109) so yeah, you can complain, on not following on those rules, if I remember even Enzedder did have an oversize, as for the actual image of mine, I have no idea how this happened cuz the original is exactly 500, I have no idea how this went like this, it's just an edit of adding Horo to it and modifying the text.

The source itself was in jpg and not that good quality itself so the pic may not be that good quality-wise.
