It looked to me like the red thing cut into her side and that darker part looked like a blood stain to me :P

I find it that ava is a bit to busy with all that going on in there. Sign is nice clean and simple and ava is just a mess... Less red stuff on the top part and less smoke overall for ava. And border is to bold, make it less noticeable

I like the second one better. Just throw in a bit light smoke like in sign (or not) and get rid of that greyish shadow in left bottom corner it just bugs me :D

And, er... I feel really lame for just noticing that FF does transparency in PNGs. For some reason I thought it was a clever choice of BG colors.

-edit- For some reason, tinypic hates me these past 48 hours. None of their pictures are loading for me. They're not "broken", they just time-out. x.x
