^^^ If you are going to use text it is going to have to be something akin to crystal glass.
Example:

Excellent example. Blend Mode is an option found almost anywhere on almost any option in PhotoShop. Look over to the 'Layer' section and hover over where it says "Normal", drop down the box (make sure you have selected a layer that is NOT the background! Any layer would do and must be present not hidden) and select, for example, Color or Hue or Screen and you'll see some effects going on. Complex professional work comes from a single or multiple duplicated layers of the same with different Blend Modes, Filters, Blending Options and other sorts of means in PhotoShop. But for now, focus on mastering Blend Mode.

I had thought of transparent colors before but well didn't really implement it so...
Thinking of exams lets see.....they are like just 25 hours away, hehehe, though mostly I am done so taking it a bit easy. I am sure I will be busy later though.

Edit: As a note I already have Photoshop installed, though I am not sure I have that much time to get all that new stuff into my head right now.

Increase text size to 70 to 100. Form two text layers. Post Miku to the top. Post Hatsune to the bottom. Transparent with Blend Mode (light colors revealing just a little of the text). Use normal text like Arial or something close to it (Batman fonts are good, too). Look over my signature(s) and you'll see what I mean. There should be Zone of the Enders sets I gave to someone (he's lurking somewhere around here).

Wow, my sensei's are very good *sparkle eyes*. Sorry guys, but I've reached my time limit, and I gotta go back to my studies. So for now I am gonna keep the textless version of my set, plain and simple. 24 hours from now and I should be in my exam hall. Later maybe I will do some texting on other sets.

In any case, I am curious, how much experience do you guys have in this stuff, you know how long have you guys been using photoshop and the like to do this stuff.

^ If you are going to ad text use different font and colour...but then again sign looks just perfect without any text
