Sorry to bump an extremely old thread, but I was updating all my archived anime (80% of it has to be redl'ed) and I saw HL's Fushigi Yuugi up here.  I currently have the anime.fin release and I was about to replace it with HL's version, but I saw a lot of comments on improper timing which would irritate the hell out of me.  If people still want this, I'll gladly upload the anime.fin release soon.
