Shakugan no shana 2. ending... spoilers obviously.

I thought the Kekkai was there so that on that special occasion you go apeshit and kill numerous humans you can revert the collateral damage back to zero, or did i miss something.

And yeah the series has become pretty bland in terms of predictability and political correctness.

well yeah, but l'm watching this hsow for the loli, everything else is colateral to me, in all majority, Shana's personality is superior unles you include Yuuji, then her abilities get down by around 90%, if yo uask me, if Yuuji dies in last season, it's good for everyone, altough this will influence Shana's progress, she will be still superior, if you want to rant at how shes developing the romance situation, but you need to think about one thing, Yuuji is a Torch, and a Mystes, Shana loves Yuuji, not the torch, altough they share personalities, the Torch Yuuji is Yuuji, but hes still a torch, dunno if l make myself clear, Shana would be overjoyed if they became an official couple, but that would probably endanger her focus, she would be vulnerable, l guess you could say she sacrifices this for the better good, it's still better than if Shana was focusing more on their relationship making her concentration falling to zero, this is one reason why Shana would like to leave the city with Yuuji, so they eventualy could be together, and wouldn't endanger others anymore, altough she doesn't want Yuuji to make this decision like he did in the second season, this has to be a commited decision, with no background, or anything, a clear dedication, not an escape route.

this was made pretty clear by Shana and that other girl (who l hope will die, cuz shes gettin on my nerves) also followed up by the OVA you can clearly say they both have hots to eachother.

Anyway, I see where you're coming from on a lot of points, but I don't think they'll be killing Yuuji off, even if it may make the plot line more interesting. As for Yoshida Kazumi, that's another story. She still has that cross thing that was given to her, and I have a feeling she'll use it for one reason or another. Shana and Yuuji are obviously going to end up together, but hopefully it won't be as easily predictable as the second season was. It feels like it may be the third season of Zero no Tsukaima all over again, but I sincerely hope that's not the case.

In the end, we'll just have to wait and see. J.C. Staff may surprise us. Now I just have to find a subbed version of the new OVA...
