The first episode was subtitled pretty well, with few grammatical or spelling errors. I can't comment on the translation since I only know a few hundred words in Japanese. If there were errors, they weren't obvious to me.

Sunday, I'd bet the minori release will be out by Tuesday, I know that's when I downloaded it this week.

Ayu won't do it, because SS (actually, kunio, their translator) doesn't want to do it.
I watched Minori-Osu!'s sub today, and it was passable. Just a few points I would have changed in the script, as mentioned in the AniDB comments ('Gandalfr' instead of 'a Gandalfr'), and a few missing capitalisations, but a reasonable release.
