Whats wrong with Siesta? She doesn't come with excess fanservice and with out her we would be lacking sides on the love polygon.
The one who needs to fall off a cliff is that "elf" who isn't even an elf or even a half-elf. She is a boob monster with a cute face. She's also a bit too short. They need to reduce her bust size, and stretch her out (in general she is too "full"). That or they can get rid of the ears. The simplest solution is to get rid of the ears (since she is a half elf its possible for her to look almost completely human), but then that which distinguishes her from the others (her milk jugs aside) would also be removed. She would just be a big titty woman with a cute face, strange cloths, and magical powers (magical abilities seems to be inversely proportional to bust size like math skills).

In fact, Siesta annoys me as well, even though Kirche didn't. Probably, Siesta is too pushy, thus making the love polygon more... tight than seems appropriate for the show. Basically, you can make out with or even seduce Saito, but it's obvious who's he going to chose in a long run. So, what Siesta is doing looks like hitting a brick wall with your head, which is already annoying on it's own (yeah, I don't really enjoy practical jokes)...
