In theory, you should be able to add an indefinite amount of fan service without altering the quality. Saddlu, its often the case that fanservice is an indicator for poor script writing. So far this season is good and I don't think a little extra fanservice will hurt, but the elf annoys me. Call me racist, but elven women can't have a rack like that. She is a large breast pointy.

As for large breasts, they should be made of a fat like substance, not jello. The German chick's boobs go "boing", but in general keep their shape, Tifa's act more like partially filled watter balloons tied to her chest. That would be funny if its uncovered that she is as flat chested as Louise, but has water balloons to make up the difference.

There are three issues here:
1) I don't like large breast (Its just a preference)
2) I don't like water balloon breasts (its sickening)
3) Those with elven blood are delicate looking (in general Tifa is too full to be delicate)

I can't believe we're arguing over this.
ELVES ARE FICTIONAL CREATURES. IT DOES NOT MATTER WHAT THEY'RE 'SUPPOSED' TO LOOK LIKE.

Wow... I walked into this thread at the wrong time. I was thinking about reading up on the latest episode to see if I should start watching and the discussion went from Quantum loli to elf boobs.

Every concept no matter how abstract it is has defining restrictions which actually shape it into something distinguishable. Elves weren't introduced just yesterday, but even in modern interpretation were described decades ago. So, people who're familiar with the topic have an image in their heads on which the majority of them has agreed. Going against it just because many teenagers get sexhilarated when they see big boobs is disturbing.

The funny thing is that these elves are the proper ones from mythological point of view. But if we're talking about fantasy, which started from Tolkien (or at least that's the most common agreement), then the image is totally different. Japanese clearly take fantasy elves as a basis, so they're the ones we compare with.

BTW, some of my friends who are D&D players were completely turned away from anime just because they hated "donkey" ears the elves tend to have :)

WoW aside, I don't mind the donkey ears (they flop and look silly in WoW).

Hey I love Siesta! I hope the whole time he would dump and run away from Louise as a unexpected plot twist and go to Siesta fulltime whit the Louise going after him becouse she still considers him her familiar and whatnot kind off stuff will come out from that or something whit more intimate relationship whit Siesta.

Siesta:  Cooks, cleans, maid uniform
Louise: Knows magic, blows things up, loli, tsundere, dressed up as cat girl late in season 2

Louise>Siesta

Louise>Siesta

though in all fairness Siesta also dressed up as a cat girl in season 2.

Louise is also rich and from a politically powerful family

Yes, but catgirl Louise >> catgirl Siesta.

I assume you are referring to the time she randomly wore that catgirl outfit at that bar (talking to that presumably gay guy and I think the other queen as well) right? She didn't spin around, stroke her tail, or do any of that cute stuff. You can't compare the two scenes. Its odd that I forgot that until you mentioned it. Catgirls tend not to slip from my memory.

It's 'cause Louise is so much better.

I almost bought a Louise figure today (bondage Louise) but I decided to hold out for catgirl Louise.

Bondage louise? She wouldn't that good tied up nor would she look good as a dominatrix. She could be a dominatrix, but it wouldn't look right (all tsundere have it in them).

yeah, dominatrix. that's what I meant.

kinky outfit (lace and silk not leather) and you could put a riding crop, her wand, or a spiked collar in her hands.
