you can almost shed tears on the Black Lagoon's twins arc end because you realise that they actually had a very fucked up life.

then you remembered how fucked up they were.

Now and Then, Here and There was just painfully sad - it was a whole magnitude worse than Elfin Lied or Gunslinger Girls which took sadistic glee in making you depressed.

Light had it coming, he got over-confident, it was way too easy to track him and prove him guilty at that point, his tricks were too transparent, I was able to see it through it quite clearly and knew how it would end. I literally had to force myself to complete the series, that's why it get a lower score from me compared to others (8/10 at the most, and that's for all that effort). And yeah he deserved it, so there's no way that was a tear-jerker.

same but +Kanon 2006, and TTGL (as in, a tear to wipe away...at the end)

Though am far too manly to actually cry, something just got caught in my eye at the wrong time during these animes.
