Ive been looking for this anime "Dôwa meita senshi Windaria" for over ten years now. I hope someone has it, please upload! I think this is the one. I remember war between two nations and souls of the dead become red birds.

I found Windaria but I thought I saw the description saying it IS the cut up version?
