« on: August 14, 2008, 11:25:04 AM »
Sorry found the W_B ones with the New Getter Robo name  :(

Don't know if this one has been uploaded. I cant tell if its on the Do Not Upload List or not.
Baka-Anime just finished it but all there bots seem super slow.
If anyone has it and the admins say its ok can someone please upload this.

Thanks

So... does your request still stand?

Baka-Anime's version seems to have higher quality based on AniDB, but without actual screenshots can't say for sure...

the 13 episode OVA, Getter Robo: Armageddon (1999), is off-limits as it's licensed by ADV, however the 4 episode OVA Shin Getter Robo VS Neo Getter Robo (2001) is fair game as no R1 company has expressed interest in it; it has been released hardsubbed by AnimeSkyScraper (ASS) so look for those files...

These are based on/are more or less remakes of older series with Getter Robo theme;
list of 'Getter Robo' on AniDB
Of the older ones, the TV-series have not been subbed in english, but strangely all the movies have; none of those are on Box so should anyone have one of them go ahead and offer it ;)...

Well i think there from the same source so the only change is the use of a newer codec x264.
I don't think that qualifies for the replacement of the older XviD version for a series with limited appeal.
