Hurm, I don't think Tenmon is Yamazaki Masayoshi.
Tenmon's the composer for the music, Yamazaki's the singer/artist who wrote and sang the song you're listening to. (The story behind why he wrote that song is pretty touching, apparently it was for his girlfriend who died in one of the massive earthquakes in Japan)
