I tried to find stuff in my iTunes similar to those two songs but I have none that give that tragic story with a haunting.

If you like storytelling I can't guarantee you find such pieces as the other two but Outkast - Da Art of Storytellin Pt.1 is good.

You might not like these but:

Oh the real tone matrix lets you save patterns by copy and pasting them.
I heard there's even a more elaborate version where there are drums/bass/synth/etc and you can make longer patterns and download them but I forgot how it's called.
