After the amount of hate Lasers got, I can't see him coming out with another album unless the label forces him to. But that'll also be like Lasers. Best thing to hope for is some mixtapes

I read somewhere that that he had actually finished his next album before Lasers released but the label didn't want to release it because it didn't have potential for singles. He's calling it Food and Liquor 2 and I think it's releasing this year.

If it'll be on the same level as F&L or the leaked version of it, then this is good news

Forest of Shadows - Departure

Forest of Shadows is a doom band from Sweden. Not for everyone, but they have a nice comfortable melancholy to them. Reminds me a lot of some older Katatonia, got kind of the same groove. This is the kind of slow music that I think is best listened to while sitting alone in the dark sipping your favorite alcoholic beverage.

Edit - Just found another gothic metal band that sounds like they are worth checking out, Forest Stream, from Russia. Dreamy stuff so far; I like what I'm hearing.

I could've sworn I had these guys in my music collection, but I must be getting their name confused with Magion or Mortemia. Good stuff. I will have to add them to my list of bands to check out in more detail.

This album. Very enjoyable. I'd recommend it to anyone who likes electronic music or wants to get into it.
